[Komori Kazemaru]

Sasuke sighed and sat up. "At least it worked," he muttered, pulling Kamuchi to her feet.

Komori walked in front of Kamuchi and waved a hand in front of her face. "Awaken," she commanded. "You took that wwaayyy too seriously,"

"Yeesh. Sensitive, that Tohiru," Twilight commented. "It was just a joke after all..."

[Kamuchi Saigo]

Kamuchi blinked, "God you scared me there... NEVER I mean NEVER do that EVER EVER again you hear?" Looking after Tohiru's running figure she tilted her head, "Why is she running...?" Obviously she didn't get it... ah well, what DID she get?

Nika sighed and lowered her head towards the ground, "Such a drama queen, Jesus Sasuke look how hard you make my life. Just by being YOU."

Kiba chuckled a little, "Yeah, his existence puts a hole through my heart too."

Sasuke rolled his eyes. "Shut up," he muttered.

Komori stared at Tohiru. "Think we should go get her?"

Twilight shrugged. "Ehhh lets just wait till she comes back,"

[Kamuchi Saigo]

"Well... while we're waiting..." Kamuchi pulled out some popcorn and beckoned Sasuke to make a fire so they could cook it. Nika's eyes glimmered with happiness drool hanging from one side of her mouth. Kiba also couldn't wait for the popcorn to sizzle, ah the buttery goodness!

Sasuke made the "freaking" fire with much difficulty, since it was cold and he was exaughsted. Twilight's stomach growled loudly and as soon as the popcorn was cooked, he dug in. "Fooodd..." he licked his lips.

Komori on the other hand, stared at Kamuchi. "Kamuchi...WHERE did you get that?"

Tohiru stopped, this was as far as her legs would take her, opening her eyes for the first time she examined her surroundings. She remembered this place, it was the training ground she had met Kamuchi and Sasuke on.

A few years ago at this exact spot was where Kamuchi and Sasuke were sparring. Kamuchi, with her defective aim shot a kunai that missed and was heading straight towards Tohiru. Scared she covered her head, but felt no impact. She found that Sasuke rushed into front of her at the nick of time and blocked it with his own kunai sending it into a tree.

Grazing her fingers gently over the crack in the tree she slid down, tears falling freely from her eyes. "Why her? It's so unfair, how come... home come not me?!"

After a couple minutes with no sign of Tohiru returning, Sasuke stood up. "I'm going to find her," he sighed and began to trudge down the mountain.


Komori stared at Sasuke. "Man....this simple trip sure turned out weird..."

Twilight nodded in agreement.

As Sasuke walked around the field, he looked around and memoried flooded back to him. There were training posts scattered around the grass and abandoned kunais and shurikens were embeded into the deeply scarred trees. "This is where...I sparred Kamuchi for the first time..." he murmured. Suddenly he heard a noise and spun around to see Tohiru, sitting with her back against a tree. "T...Tohiru?" Sasuke called somewhat reluctantly.

His voice called her back from her memories looking up at him she quickly tried to cover her tears up, she was supposed to be strong, tough not some sissy girl. "What do you want," she hissed somewhat softly, she couldn't... the sorrow was too overwhelming. Avoiding eye contact she swung her head to the side so her hair would hide her face. Just like a coward... she thought.

"I...wanted...to...bring you...back..." his voice trailed off, unsure with how to deal with this problem. "It...it was just a joke...thats all..." he said.

[Kamuchi Saigo]

She chocked on her words, "Then why didn't you joke with-" Stopping there she realized she would have revealed something she did want to. How she was so envious of Kamuchi, how she couldn't stand her. She wasn't intending on spilling those secrets to anyone anytime soon. Clearing her throat she regained composure, "Whatever."

Sasuke sighed Isn't taking this very well, is she? he thought. He turned around and began to walk back to the mountain. He looked over his shoulder to see the still figure of Tohiru just standing there. "You coming?"

[Kamuchi Saigo]

"Leave by yourself," she growled coldly, why did he protect her that day? But now he wasn't doing anything of that sort, he was pushing her away. He didn't even care, she knew he didn't, but she didn't want to accept that. "I don't want to be apart you your group anymore, just LEAVE!" she ordered closing her eyes harshly as tears flew out. "You always hated me, so LEAVE!"

Swallowing his anger and extreme frustration, he just turned and began to walk away. "Why did I even bother?" he grumbled as he trudged up the field. Suddenly his path was blocked by the wolf known as Twilight. "What are you doing here?" Sasuke snapped.

"Komori sent me. Where's Tohiru?"

"She didn't want to come,"

"WHAT?!?! AND YOU JUST LEFT HER?! GO BACK AND GET HER!!" Twilight grabbed Sasuke's shirt with his teeth and dragged him back.

Tohiru sat, gazing at the crack the kunai had made not aware that they were around her. "How come..." she whispered softly, gingerly tracing the crack. "How come.... why not me?" she asked. Punching the tree next to the scarred tree blood ran down her fist. With the blood she dipped her finger in it and drew a single tear coming from the crack.

Sasuke and Twilight stared at Tohiru, surprised. "Tohiru? You're..." Twilight sort of gaped.

"Jealous, huh?" Komori's voice floated from behind them. "I was wondering what was taking so long..."

Sasuke just continued to stare. Does she really like me that much? he pondered.

"Tohiru...we have to go back," Komori said, attempting to soften her tone.
